“We are a local business in Sutton and have placed staff on the Apprenticeship schemes over the past eight years.
“During this time, we have built good working relationships with the childcare and development team, and have seen all our students achieve qualifications.
“The team at the college have been particularly supportive to staff who have needed additional support, and have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help the students.
“Due to the current financial climate, we sourced other training companies when the funding had been withdrawn from local colleges.
“I feel the training at Carshalton College, along with the roles of the assessors, is of a much higher quality than other training companies, and I am very happy that we are back with Carshalton College!”
