The Taste of Bengal Restaurant and Take away has been running for over 30 years, they use only high quality, fresh ingredients and prepare Indian foods as they are prepared in India - in the most authentic way, sparing nothing. Many of their dishes are cooked in the Tandoor which is a barrel shaped, open topped clay oven fired by charcoal. This lends the food a very special flavour. The restaurant is fully licensed and air conditioned. They offer a unique desert menu and an extensive wine list, as well as an extremely good value Sunday lunch.
